2. SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT This contract determines the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts regarding the sale and delivery of the products ordered electronically by the Buyer through the website www.amouratelier.com.tr.
3. PRODUCT INFORMATION The type of product(s), quantity, sales price including taxes, payment method, delivery address and all other details are as stated in the preliminary information form approved by the buyer before the order.
4. DELIVERY AND SHIPPING The product is delivered to the address specified by the buyer during the order.
Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days depending on stock availability.
The seller cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the cargo company.
During delivery, the product must be checked in the presence of the cargo officer.
5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL The buyer has the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product without any justification.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, written/verbal notification must be made to info@amouratelier.com.tr or +90 850 346 34 90.
In returns to be made within the scope of the right of withdrawal, the shipping fee belongs to the buyer.
The product must be unused, undamaged and unopened before the right of withdrawal expires.
6. PRODUCTS EXCLUDED FROM THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL The right of withdrawal cannot be used for the following products:
Products whose packaging has been opened, used or which are not suitable for return for hygienic reasons (e.g. burnt candles, opened air fresheners, personal care products)
Products prepared or personalized according to the buyer’s special requests
Perishable or expired products
7. RETURN TERMS After the withdrawal notification is made, the product must be returned to the seller in full together with its packaging and accessories, if any.
The product must be unused and in resalable condition.
The return shipping fee belongs to the consumer in cases where the right of withdrawal is used.
The seller shall refund the payment as paid by the buyer within 14 days after receipt of the returned product.
8. FORCE MAJEURE The parties cannot be held responsible if the obligations arising from the contract cannot be fulfilled due to force majeure such as natural disasters, war, fire, epidemic, cyber attack, legal changes, etc.
9. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA The personal information provided by the Buyer is processed only for the purpose of executing the order processes and is protected within the scope of KVKK. For detailed information, you can refer to the “Personal Data Protection and Clarification Text”.
10. RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES In all disputes that may arise from this contract, Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts in the settlement of the buyer within the monetary limits determined by the Ministry of Commerce are authorized.
11. ENFORCEMENT OF THE AGREEMENT The Buyer is deemed to have declared that he/she has read, understood and accepted all the terms of this agreement when placing an order on www.amouratelier.com.tr.
